Lapin du Mutard - Tender rabbit pieces served in a tangy Dijon mustard cream. Accompanied by egg noodles and fresh asparagus. Followed by our Meyer Lemon Tart.
Moule Frite - The Frites are BACK! Rope grown mussels from Prince Edward Island, sauteed with herbs, shallots, and a touch of lemon. Served with a petite salad, and Chocolate soufflé for dessert.
Coq Au Vin – Organic chicken marinated for 36 hours in red wine, and braised to perfection with root vegetables & herbs. Served with a petite plat du mer, and the dessert of your choice.
